Anyone is welcome to join, new or experienced students, friends and family, colleagues and anyone else interested in deep self-love and care.
Being on a spiritual journey requires a lot of us. To achieve our goals, we need to be our best to do our best. It is easy to forget that loving ourselves, taking care of ourselves, investing in ourselves, is the very foundation of spiritual work and ambition.
Welcome to our IKYA Self-love Day – a day where we practice true self-care. Self-love opens the heart to higher flow, and this day is a celebration of you.
We celebrate together in silent-retreat mode with open hearts, a high focus and deep connection beyond words or speaking. Our schedule is as follows (online only is 10:30-12:30):
10:00 students arrive
10:30 IKYA begins teaching the Satsang (also online)
12:30 IKYA concludes the Satsang (also online)
12:30-13:00 nutrition break with superdrink by Sara (plus bring-your-own snack, if desired, or choose fasting mode for the day)
13:00 gather in teaching room for group in-tuning meditation
13:30-16:30 5x 40 min rounds rotating between:
1) IKYA Bodywork or YouBoost (short-form IKYA Therapy) treatment + essence tested at end of treatment
2) Guided IKYA Srishti Astrology meditation with Nora
3) Guided sensory food-based meditation with Sara
4) Silent meditation in the teaching room enhanced by essence sprays and essential oils, plus crystals and acrylics setup for optimal vibrational focus
16:50 gather in teaching room for group out-tuning meditation
17:00 departure in silent retreat mode
Your ticket for physical attendance includes:
7 hours of teaching, connection, meditation and deep love and care of yourself.
Online only is 2 hours of Satsang with IKYA.
For those physically attending, your ticket also includes:
1 IKYA essence tested after your treatment, picked up before you leave
1 superdrink of coconut water and superfoods, designed by Sara
Physical attendance will be capped at the number we can accommodate in the space, and attendance online is unlimited. Welcome all! New and experienced students, friends and family, colleagues -- anyone interested in deep self-love and care is warmly welcome to join on this beautiful day.
