Your ticket & nutrition refreshment at IKYA Spa Day for your Soul.

We are delighted to invite you to cocreate our first of hopefully many,

We have planned a beautiful day of temple state, where we connect and nurture each other, give and receive, over 4 hours dedicated towards yourself and your spiritual journey. 

Even the nutrition break is aligned to serve your spiritual ambition, and we will serve a superfood drink, plus tea and water throughout the day.

Come and enjoy this day of self-care, love and connection!

We invite you to participate in this structure to really connect with important spiritual principles of self care,  so every thirty minutes, a new session begins, and it all starts and ends simultaneously. We all operate with these same time slots, like a community ecosystem of breathing in and breathing out. This precision requires joy and dedication to the structure, and we know this intention can shine when we all operate as one IKYA Community body of consciousness and listen more than we speak.

In total, you will experience one half-hour treatment and engage in deep self-care, love and connection with yourself and others through 6 additional half-hours of meditation, soundbath, yoga, astrology plus nutrition.

74 students will be able to experience one half-hour session of short-form IKYA Therapy called “YouBoost,” or IKYA Bodywork, or massage given by our IKYA Therapists and other students in our community.

In parallel throughout the day in the large teaching room, you have the pleasure of joining in to connect with yourself and others through IKYA Meditation, gong and soundbath, relaxed yoga. Here we get to move and physically connect, too.  For astrology in the team office, you will book a slot, too.

To summarize: Doors open at 12:00, and we start at 12:20.

You will have signed up for or been assigned to one treatment throughout the day.

We start by tuning in together at 12:20.

12:30 - 14:00 – 3 half-hour cycles of treatments, IKYA meditation, yoga, soundbath, astrology.

14:00 - 14:30 – nutrition and connection break, superfood refreshment

14:30 - 16:00 – 3 half-hour cycles of treatments, iKYA meditation, yoga, soundbath, astrology.
We tune together 16-16:15 before cleanup and departure.
